The SS3 LED Headlight Kit for 2014-2023 Polaris RZR XP allows you to mount four SS3 LED Pods in place of the factory RZR XP headlight, adding a more aggressive appearance and a significant increase in light output. This bolt-on, plug-and-play headlight kit offers two highly functional beam patterns—combo and driving—for optimal nighttime visibility. Plus the additional amber backlights provide DRL accent lighting when the main beams of the headlight aren't in use.
The SS3 LED Headlight Kit is 100% engineered and assembled in the US and is constructed using highly durable powder-coated stainless steel and polycarbonate lenses. This kit is purpose-built to tackle any adventure you embark on with your RZR XP.

Mounting Instructions
Step 1 - Remove Upper Hood Panel
Twist the two latches on the upper hood panel. Then remove the panel by lifting it up and towards the front of the vehicle. Once removed, set the panel aside.
Step 2 - Remove Top Fender Bolts
Remove two (2) T40 Torx bolts from the front of the vehicle.
Step 3 - Remove Side Fender Bolts
Remove three (3) T40 Torx bolts from the driver's side of the vehicle.
Repeat the same steps on the passenger side of the vehicle by removing three (3) T40 Torx bolts.
Step 4 - Remove Lower Bumper Fender Bolts
Remove two (2) T40 Torx bolts from the front lower fender of the vehicle.
Step 5 - Disconnect Factory Headlights
Disconnect the factory headlights by pinching the release tab and pulling back on both the driver and passenger side headlight connectors.
Step 6 - Remove Grille
Pull down on the tabs holding the grille in place, drop it down, remove it, and set it aside.
Step 7 - Disconnect Factory Daytime Running Lights
Disconnect the factory daytime running lights on both the left and right side by pinching the release tab and pulling back on both the driver and passenger side connectors.
Step 8 - Remove Front Bumper
Pull the front bumper up and off of the vehicle and set it on a stand or proper padding to continue the installation process.
Step 9 - Remove Factory Headlight Screws
Remove three (3) T20 torx bolts from the driver-side and passenger-side headlight to remove the housing from the front bumper.
Step 10 - Remove Headlight Springs
Remove the factory springs and set them aside as they will not be reused.
Step 11 - Install Headlight Bracket
Take the included headlight bracket in the kit, align it in place, and secure it by re-installing the (3) T20 torx bolts that were just removed.
You can repeat this process on both sides of the vehicle.
Step 12 - Assemble SS3 LED Pods
Please reference the assembly guide below for our SS3 LED pods:
Step 13 - Secure Pods
Secure our SS3 combo pod on the inner portion of the headlight bracket and SS3 driving pod on the outside by dropping our carriage bolt through the u-bracket and headlight bracket, then feed on our washer and lock washer, and fastening nut.
With both pods are mounted in place, we can tighten them down using a 13mm socket. You can aim them how you like and fasten the bolts on the side of the pods with a 5/32 allen key.
Repeat the same steps on the other side of the vehicle.
Wiring Instructions
Step 14 - Install Headlight Harness to Bus Bar
Locate the factory bus bar and attach the ring terminal for our headlight kit backlight feature using a 10mm socket.
Step 15 - Route Headlight Harness Leads
Route the longer of the two leads to the driver's headlight and the short lead to the passenger headlight.
Step 16 - Remove Headlight Connector Retention Clip
With the factory headlight connector in hand, remove the retainer on the factory headlamp connector by prying the clip over the lock.
Setting the clip aside, we can pull out the rubber cavity plug using a pair of needle nose pliers. You won’t be re-using this.
Insert the blue backlight wire lead into the empty cavity assuring the clip is face up.
Once inserted, it should lock into place and we can re-install the factory retainer that we set aside.
Step 17 - Connecting Headlight Harness
Taking the included headlight harness, we can plug it into our factory headlight connector.
Note: Both are labeled to distinguish them from the passenger and driver sides.
Step 18 - Connect Factory Harness
Re-install the front bumper with our SS3 headlight kit and secure it to the vehicle.
Re-installing two of the (2) factory T40 torx bolts back in place for the time being to secure the front bumper.
Step 19 - Plugging in DT Connectors
Take the included DT connectors from our headlight harness and plug them into the back of each pod.
Note: The outer SS3 driving LED pod will be labeled low beam and the inner SS3 combo LED pod will be labeled high beam.
Step 20 - Locate Fuse Box
Locate the fuse box inside the vehicle and remove the cover by decompressing the clips.
Step 21 - Install Provided 15A Fuse
Locate the 7.5 AMP lights fuse.
Remove it using a fuse-pulling tool of your choice, install the provided 15A fuse in place, and then snap our fuse box cover back on.
Step 22 - Test for Function
Now test for function to ensure proper operation.
Zip tie-up and loose wiring away from any hot or moving parts, make our final aiming adjustments, and reinstall any parts by reversing the steps we used to remove them.
