Payment and Ordering
Changing an Order
We try to ship orders immediately after they are placed, usually within 1 business day.
Orders cannot be modified after shipment. You may change your order at any time before it is shipped.
If you need to make a minor change that does not affect the total price (such as color or size change), please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request, and we'll just make a note on your order. If you need to make a major change that affects the total price, click here.
Adding to an Order
You may add anything to your order at any time before it is shipped, and avoid extra shipping charges. To do so, you must call us at 314-205-3033 or email us, so we can place the order for you.
Cancelling an Order
An order may be cancelled at any time before shipment.
Please note that even if you have not received a shipment email, your order may have already been shipped.
Once orders have been shipped, they cannot be cancelled, but may be returned under our return policy. For more information on how to cancel an order, click here.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including:
- American Express
Paying By Check or Money Order
We accept personal checks and money orders. Please check out, and select "Check/Money Order" as your payment method.
The name on the order must match the name on the check.
You will receive instructions on where to send the payment via email. Your order will be shipped once we receive the payment.
Please do not send cash in the mail.
Paying with PayPal
We currently accept Pay Pal. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
Can I pay using two different payment methods or two separate cards?
At this time, we unfortunately cannot split payments between two payment methods or credit cards.
Using a Prepaid Card
Our system should accept all prepaid credit cards or gift cards with no issue. If you experience any problems, please contact us.
Saving Credit Cards at Diode Dynamics
Diode Dynamics does not store any credit card information directly on our servers.
Card information is stored directly with Authorize.net, one of the largest credit card processing companies. Using a CIM integration, information is securely transferred to our site based on the login.
Customers may view saved credit cards at any time by logging in, going to "My Account" then "Manage My Credit Cards."
Any expired cards are automatically removed from our system.
Order Confirmation Email
When you place an order on our website, you will get an automated order confirmation email within 10 minutes of ordering.
If you do not get an email, please check your spam folder.
If you still cannot find the email, it is possible that the order was not placed, or that you mistyped the email address.

Placing an Order Over the Phone
Our staff would be happy to help you place on order over the phone anytime during our normal hours, listed below.
When ordering over the phone, please be sure to mention any coupon codes or free items you wish to receive with your order. To expedite the process, we do not normally ask for these items.
