The SS18 Stealth Bumper LED Light Bar Kit for the 2022-2023 Toyota Tundra allows you to easily mount an 18" LED light bar in the factory lower bumper opening. The following installation guide will provide you with detailed instructions on how to install the SS18 Stealth Bumper LED Light Bar Kit for the 2022+ Toyota Tundra. Note: This kit utilizes both factory and included hardware to mount the bracket to the vehicle.

Mounting Instructions
Step 1 - Loosen Grille
Using a 10mm socket, remove the four bolts from the top of the grille.
Step 2 - Disconnect Connectors
If equipped, disconnect the connectors from both corners of the grille as shown in the image below.
Step 3 - Remove Wheel Well Screws
Using a 10mm socket, remove the four screws from inside the wheel well. If equipped with over-fender molding, remove the additional screw from the bottom inside of the wheel well opening. Repeat this step on the other side of the vehicle.
Step 4 - Remove Under Bumper Bolts
Remove the four 10mm bolts from underneath the bumper. If not equipped with a front spoiler, there will be four screws underneath the bumper that will need to be removed as well.
Step 5 - Remove Grille/Bumper Assembly
Pull out on both sides to release the clips holding the grille in place. Then remove the front grille/bumper assembly by pulling forward.
Step 6 - Remove Crash Bar Bolts
Using a 17mm socket, remove the two center bolts on the top side of the crash bar.
Step 7 - Remove Bottom Crash Bar Bolts
Using a 14mm socket, remove the two center bolts on the bottom side of the crash bar.
Step 8 - Install Bracket
Install your new light bar bracket over the crash bar and secure it using the original bolts removed in the previous steps. Ensure the DD logo is in the correct orientation. Do not tighten the bolts. Repeat this step on the other side of the vehicle.
Step 9 - Install Light Bar
Attach the light bar to the brackets using the included M6 hardware, hand-tightening only.
Step 10- Secure the Brackets
Once the light bar is mounted onto the brackets, tighten down the 17mm and 14mm bolts securing the brackets.
Step 11- Connect Wiring Harness
Refer to the included heavy-duty light bar wiring harness guide to connect the light bar to the wiring harness.
Step 12 - Unclip Wire Harness
Unclip the wire harness clips located below the lower grille opening shown in the pictures below.
Step 13 - Test Function
Test the function and aim the light bar as desired. If the light does not turn on, try flipping the connector 180°. Then, using a 10mm socket, tighten down the bolts.
Step 14 - Reinstall Grille/Bumper Assembly
Reverse steps 1 through 5 to reinstall the grille/ bumper assembly onto the vehicle to complete the installation.
Step 15 - Route Wiring Harness
Reroute the wire harness unclipped in step 12 to rest on top of the lightbar brackets.
