Overview

Build infrared lighting into tighter spaces with the Diode Dynamics SSC1 IR LED Pod. Its compact C1 platform gives custom night vision setups a dedicated source of IR illumination, with beam patterns suited to different lighting positions.

Compact by Design. The compact C1 form factor allows more flexibility when positioning auxiliary lighting on a custom build. Dedicated OSRAM infrared emitters and an IR-filtering lens make this an IR lighting solution, rather than a visible-light pod with a colored cover.

Functional Patterns. Choose Spot for focused illumination, Wide for general coverage, or Flood for broad nearby coverage.

Sport and Pro. Choose Sport or Pro to suit the output requirements of your setup. Each power level retains selectable high and low IR modes. Sport singles are offered in 850nm; Pro singles are offered in 850nm or 940nm. Spot, Wide, and Flood patterns are available in these combinations.

Controlled Output. High and low IR modes provide control over illumination as the surroundings change. PWM and variable-voltage dimming allow further adjustment, helping you match the output to your equipment and the scene rather than relying on maximum output at all times.

Choose Your Wavelength. 850nm produces a more noticeable faint red glow at the emitter, while 940nm offers a lower visible signature. Night vision devices respond differently to each wavelength, so select the wavelength supported by your equipment rather than choosing by wavelength alone.

Built for Your Setup. The light operates on 9-16V systems and uses a Deutsch DT 4-Pin connection. One pod supplied in this package.
