Please log in to your account, or check your email, to obtain and print your prepaid return label. Be sure to return your package with the appropriate delivery service, as indicated on the return label. Be sure to only include items that you have selected on the RMA with your return.



Note: Only use generic packaging and be sure to affix the return label to the top of the package.



Please allow 5-7 business days for processing upon return of your package.

We're sorry the pods are sitting crooked after install! Would you mind sharing a photo so we can see what you're seeing? We can send you another set of brackets if the ones you received are bent incorrectly, or would you rather proceed with a return?
