Whether you're matching the headlights, replacing worn-out standard bulbs, or just adding some style, this is one of the easiest and most effective upgrades you can make for the overall lighting setup on your Yukon.
Brightness. All Diode Dynamics LED lighting is rated with accurate, measured lumen figures, not calculations or guesses. We test the true output in-house, and provide you the real numbers to compare. Most of the LED fog light options we offer are for cosmetic upgrade purposes only, to provide a modern LED appearance on your Yukon. At 510 lumens, the P13W HP60 will provide significantly more light output than your factory bulb. If your vehicle uses the 5202 bulb size and you're looking for the maximum output available, we strongly recommend the SL2 LED, which is a bulb specifically designed for fog lamp applications, and available in cool white or a pure yellow color.
True Colors. Our LED fog light bulbs are available in two colors: cool white and yellow.
The cool white LED options provide a pure, crisp white output without any hint of blue. They are a perfect match for most factory LEDs and HID components, to provide a uniform, clean appearance on the road.
The yellow option is a pure, brilliant yellow tone. Unlike other manufacturers who use lenses with white LEDs to achieve a yellow color, the yellow SL2 option uses dual high-power true yellow LEDs instead--no lens needed! This means you end up with a pure yellow color, instead of the greenish yellow color you may have seen from other generic yellow bulb options. Tested. Most of us have seen lighting setups with random shades of white that don't quite match. At Diode Dynamics, we operate an integrating sphere, which is a piece of lab equipment used to analyze the exact color spectrum of the LED bulbs we produce. By testing each batch of products, we can ensure that all bulbs will match in color, to avoid various tints of white. These bulbs will match any other upgrades you may have from Diode Dynamics, for factory-style uniformity and a clean appearance.
Reliability. Diode Dynamics LEDs are built with constant-current inductive circuitry, along with transient suppression. They are tested by our engineering team with a device that replicates years of voltage spikes, like the ones generated each time the alternator starts and stops on your Yukon. This is what kills most LED bulbs over time, but just like factory components, Diode Dynamics LED bulbs are designed with built-in circuit protection. While more expensive than simple bulbs, this allows Diode Dynamics LEDs to last for years, with no flickering or failure.

We're excited to introduce its successor: the SL2 LED! The SL2 features a number of upgrades, including a more compact design, internal driver, and improved reliability. The all-new SL2 LED bulb is a direct plug-and-play replacement, providing a significant upgrade in performance.

Optimized Optical Focus. Don't be fooled by high lumen numbers. The fog lights on your GMC Yukon are designed to focus light. If the light source in the housing is out of focus, it doesn't matter how bright it is. You won't have a focused hotspot of light to shine down the road where you need it, you'll just have more glare. To fix this, the SL2 LED bulb was engineered to focus light from the same location as the original bulb, preserving the focus and hotspot, with no added glare. It produces a functional beam pattern, with a stronger hotspot for added distance and visibility.
Fanless Design. You may have seen bulbs that use large straps for cooling, or big fans that just make noise. Instead, the SL2 was designed as a compact, fanless solution. But that doesn't mean it's low-power! At 14 watts, the SL2 LED bulb still provides plenty of output thanks to a copper-core circuit board and a thermally-optimized full-metal housing with integrated heatsink. The result is a highly-effective and reliable cooling system, keeping the bulb running at maximum potential without the need for a fan.
Compact Size. The SL2 LED bulb is compact in size, not much bigger than a traditional bulb. The integrated internal driver allows the bulbs to easily fit inside the housing on your Yukon without the need to tuck a driver away. Installation is easy - simply remove the original bulb, and the SL2 will fit in its place, and plug right in.
White or Yellow. The SL2 is available in 6000K Cool White or Selective Yellow. The 6000K Cool White color temperature provides a more modern appearance and matches most OEM lighting, while the unique Selective Yellow color is great for high contrast, which some find beneficial in inclement weather. Both color options use multi-die automotive-grade LED emitters for superior performance.
