These are custom-made H7 bulb adapters, to be used for HID Conversion in vehicles with H7HPLL/H11B. With these adapters, you can easily install H7 HIDs into your H7HPLL/H11B socket.
Please note, these are available for just $10 with your order of a Precision HID Conversion Kit. Simply select your vehicle's HID kit to find the option available.
Currently, we know that these are needed for HID installation in the US-market Hyundai Veloster. They are also used in some other Hyundai and Kia vehicles.

I was happy with the end result, however the install was a little difficult. The Fit was slightly off but still worked. One of them cracked under the pressure of my index finger and thumb... I'm not that strong. They did take a little trimming to make the bulb fit into the space permitted and some silicone sealed the deal so the bulbs wouldn't shift around. All and all the worked out perfectly and I would buy them again. Modifying the stock H7 plugs would have been way more of a hassle for me, so the slight inconvenience of having to trim and silicone the bulbs in place is totally worth the end result.
