You might not expect much from a 6 inch light bar, but our light bars are designed to offer an incredible optically focused spread of light. One 6 inch Stage Series light bar can produce as much light output as a generic 30-inch bar commonly found on eBay. The key to this superior output is our custom engineered Total Internal Reflection (TIR) optics. This optical technology is designed to focus all of the light from the LED chips directly where you need it instead of losing light output internally or to glare and wasted light.
Each Stage Series Off-Road LED Light Bar is available in three highly functional beam patterns. You can choose between a floodlight pattern or our driving and fog patterns for supplementing your high beams and fog lights respectively. Each light bar is available in clear or amber as well. You can swap out the lenses on your light bar by ordering additional lenses as needed. The process of switching these lenses is as easy as removing the small screws that secure the faceplate, swapping in a new lens, and resecuring the faceplate.
In addition to our off-road LED light bars, we are also excited to offer our new Stage Series SS3 3” LED Light Pods. We created these small pods as a more versatile and compact off-road lighting option. Don’t let their size fool you though, just like our Stage Series Light Bars, these pods use TIR optics to offer an incredible light output that outshines even the most expensive options on the market!
Our SS3 pods can be mounted almost anywhere on your vehicle. They are available with universal pivoting mounts as well as flush mounting options. We also offer custom-engineered vehicle-specific fog light kits for over 100 different vehicles. Whether you are looking for lights to illuminate the trail ahead or more light when backing up, these versatile pods can do it all!
Our SS3 LED pods are available in four highly functional beam patterns. Our pods are available in the same flood, SAE driving, and SAE fog pattern as our light bars, and they are also available in an unmodified spot pattern that can cast a focused 151,000-candela beam of light up to one-half mile away. Every pattern is available as a clear or yellow lens as well. Each set of pods comes with your desired beam pattern lens installed, but you can also order additional lenses so you can swap them as needed.
All of our off-road LED lighting products are tested to ensure that they will last and remain perfectly functional in a wide range of environmental conditions. We put all of our off-road lighting products through intense environmental testing. These lights are cycled between temperatures ranging from -40 degrees to 185 degrees F to ensure that they will hold up whether you’re in the tundra or the desert. They are also tested to ensure that they can hold up to vibrations, moisture, and corrosion. We also let on and off-road drivers field test these lights to ensure that they will perform as intended in use.
