Diode Delivers Standard Shipping

We offer all of our customers, regardless of order size, a simple, easy way to ship. All domestic orders ship for just $5, and all orders placed before 12 PM CST will ship the same day using USPS shipping services. Delivery usually takes just 3-5 days. But Diode Delivers is not just fast shipping with a good price. 

Keep Tabs on Your Shipment
You will receive updates from our site when your order is shipped, along with a unique shipment number to ensure that your order is correctly accounted for. This allows you to easily reply to us if you have any concerns. We will make sure you have the order and it is installed before we consider the order completed.

Have a question about your shipment? Just like any other question you might have, just send us an email and our trained lighting and shipping experts will reply, usually within a few minutes.

Diode Delivers is not available for international customers quite yet! At checkout, just choose Diode Delivers for your low-cost $5 flat rate shipping. International customers may choose between USPS First Class, USPS Priority International, and USPS EMS Express. If you know you need it fast, you may still alternatively select express services.


Same-Day Shipping Time

Same-day shipping refers to the time period in which we ship the order, not the delivery time.

Any orders placed before noon, central time, (GMT -6) will be shipped out the same day.

Shipping time is then determined by the shipping service you select at checkout.

 

Shipping Origin Location

Diode Dynamics ships all orders directly from St. Louis, Missouri.

Shipping Internationally

We ship to almost everywhere in the world using USPS shipping services, along with your country's postal service. Rates are calculated at checkout to ensure fair pricing. We normally offer standard mail, Priority International, and EMS Express. Please note that the shipping time varies widely, based on your countries mail service and border policies.

Puerto Rico: As we use standard USPS, PR is considered a US territory for mailing purposes, and can be selected as such at checkout. Shipping will be only $5, our normal domestic U.S. rate.

Africa: We ship to most countries in Africa. Please go to checkout to view rates and shipping options.

Canada: We ship to Canada every day! Most small orders will cost around $8 via standard mail. We also offer Priority and Express EMS. To see exact shipping rates, please view your options at checkout.

EuropeWe ship to every major country in Europe using USPS regular mail. You can check the shipping cost at checkout, as it will be calculated based on your cart. We offer standard mail, Priority, and EMS Express. This includes:

Customs Fees for International Shipping

As we use only standard mail, our customers normally do not incur any type of import fees, customs fees, or tariffs. However, this is not guaranteed, and any fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us if you have any concerns.


Shipping to someone else's address

You can ship to any address, as long as your billing address is correct.

When you register your account, you will have an address book, in which you can store multiple addresses and ship to any one, at your choice.

Diode Dynamics has the right to hold any orders that are suspected of fraudulent activity.

 

Why hasn't my tracking number updated?

All U.S. customers, except in unusual circumstances, will receive a USPS confirmation number through e-mail. Please note that these are not tracking numbers, but confirmation numbers. We reccommend waiting at least 6 hours to check tracking information on your package. USPS confirmation numbers are updated at the discretion of USPS, and may not show update for some time after the order is shipped. Rest assured, your order is on the way!

International customers receive tracking for USPS Priority and USPS Express. USPS First Class International shipments receive an order identification number, and it is only very rarely scanned to show any progress. Usually, there will not be any update for international customers until the shipment passes into your country.


I have not received a tracking number. Lost Shipments

Even if you have not received a tracking number, it is possible that your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers are sent by 8 PM every day.

Please allow normal processing time before inquiring about order status. This is usually 1 day. Please note that custom acrylic orders are subject to 2-3 day processing time. Additionally, we do not ship on weekends.  For non-signature requried shipments:

 

Lost Shipments

For non-signature required shipments: If the tracking information that corresponds to a shipment confirms that the product was delivered to the intended address, the customer assumes all responsibilities and liabilities for the receipt of the shipment.  The Customer is the one who provided Diode Dynamics with the ship to information, and in doing so absolves Diode Dynamics of any liabilities for missing or stolen deliveries.
