After first trying out the license plate LEDs, I had to have the full set. There is a HUGE difference in color--these actually look white. Don't trust those manufacturers that sell incandescent lights coated in blue: they don't come close to this. The only problems I have with the lights is that there is some small difference in color temperature between the different bulb types. Maybe it is the different LEDs involved, but the map lights look a little red (only slightly: they are still WHITE) while the rest of them are right on. Another problem I had was with the 6 LED board. It was a little difficult to install as a dome light; The double sided adhesive pad did not hold well and it sits right on top of the housing. I can see the individual LEDs. Some manufactures can put a set of six in an oversized festoon and I would like to see what those look like. It seems like a better design as far as the dome lights go since this one must be placed so close to the clear housing. Another quick note: if you don't have small tools to get the housings open, buy the LED installation tool. It is well worth the money! Overall, I give this set 5 stars! If there were a half star, it would receive 4.5 for the reasons I have mentioned. Despite taking longer than expected for shipping, the customer service is excellent and I have had two great experiences so far. Thanks Paul! (Posted on January 14, 2012)
