Value Quality Price I've been sitting on the fence about buying these for more than a year now and I finally decided to pull the trigger. Am I glad I did! The difference is VERY dramatic! I got the Stage 2 trunk and license lights and the stage 3 door and map lights. The trunk light easily lights up the entire trunk in a nice, cool white light. The license plate lights illuminate the plate and the ground behind the car well. The REAL stars, though, are the stage 3 map and door lights. Before upgrading I could hardly tell if the door lights were actually working. Now they work so well that they light up the ground even if it's full daylight outside. Very nice! The map/dome lights wash the entire car in massive amounts of cool white light. I get compliments everywhere I go with these.
Installation was super easy - access the lights, pull the old bulbs out, put the new ones in. Make sure you do this with the lights ON as these lights to have a specific polarity. If you don't put them in correctly, they wont work so you have to swap the bulbs. It is easy enough to do while the fixture is apart, more challenging to do if you've buttoned everything back up again. The whole process took me about 15 minutes. It would have taken me less, but I'm anal and I discovered that my license plate light covers were covered in paint overspray and I took a few min to scrub them clean. (Posted on 3/21/13) -

Returns
30 day return policy. All customers have 30 days from the date of original order shipment to return items.
Full refund, no fees. At Diode Dynamics, we offer free returns. That means no restocking fees, no administrative fees, and no hassle!
Free return label. If your original order was over $50, you get a free return label for your items (US customers only). If your order was less than $50 or international, you can send the items back through your preferred method.
Exchanges
Within 30 days: If your original order was over $50, you can get new items shipped to you with a return label (US customers only). If your order was less than $50 or international, we can send you the new items first, but you are responsible for returning the old items.
Within 90 days: Any item can be returned for exchange or store credit within 90 days. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping, and must first return the old items. We'll still cover the postage for the new items.
Please note: due to the nature of custom acrylic pieces, we cannot offer any refund or exchange for returned custom acrylic items.
To make a return or exchange, please request an RMA, or give us a call. When we get it back, you will be notified and credited appropriately.
Again, all returns must be approved, with an RMA. This is so that we can process your return as quickly as possible when we get it. If you would like to return an item, please Request an RMA. Please include as much information as possible about the reason for return.
